About:

A Level Maths provides students the ability to have a deeper train of thought and understanding when implementing their mathematical skills. The skills developed whilst studying this subject will enable the student to explore mathematical rules to solve problems and recognise patterns and structure in everyday life. The qualification consists of 6 units, 3 at AS and 3 at A2.

At Alpha tutorials we provide the tools and techniques to encourage students to think independently and to confidently explore numbers, symbols and formulas. We hold workshops with qualified and experienced tutors at hand to provide support to learners that work independently.

This qualification will provide the student with the fundamentals should they wish to pursue a degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, science or economics.

 

AS Mathematics Tuition

When:

Monday’s or Wednesday’s from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, which includes Core 1, Core 2 & Statistics 1 and Mechanics 1.

A2 Mathematics Tuition

When:

Tuesday’s or Friday’s from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, which includes Core 3, Core 4, Statistics 2 and Mechanics 2.

Further Mathematics

When:

Wednesday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, which includes Further Pure 1, Further Pure 2, Further Pure 3 and Further Pure 4.

 

Where:

Alpha Tutorials, Leicester.

 

Cost:

£660 tuition fee for the whole year + exam fee.
